Here is how we spent the last week of our vacation together...

Today,  Jeff & I decided to take Audrey on the Metro line to Exposition Park Rose Garden & Science Museum! We decided to leave around 10am because I had been feeling sick the day before (I actually left work early and slept half the day, I felt like death!) and we didn't know if I'd be up to it. Friday, March 15: (My brother's birthday!) Today was the last day of parent conferences. I had one at 7:30am, one at noon, and the last one at 1:05. We hit the fair this year on the only Saturday in September that we had available. It was also the only Saturday that was 108 degrees hot! Jeff & I knew it would be ridiculously hot so we mapped out our day before arrival. Audrey's grandparents and aunt & uncle joined us too ( Read more... )

Here are some pictures from our outing to Mother's Beach! It's the three amigos - Audrey, Charis, & Miles! We all had a fun time at this beach which truly is designed for kids and their families. We all plan to return in the future because they have a really awesome playground but it was too big for our little ones :)
